Care plans are built around keeping your site healthy and running at its best. For larger work, we scope it as a dedicated project so it gets the full attention it deserves.

Full Website Redesigns

Complete redesign projects and major UI overhauls are handled as separate development projects and are not covered under care plan support hours.

Large Feature Development

Complex integrations, custom plugin development, or new system features are quoted separately and handled as dedicated projects.

Third-Party Platform Builds

Large integrations with external systems such as CRMs, ERPs, custom APIs, or payment platforms require separate planning and project scoping.

Developer support hours are real working time from an experienced WordPress developer, not ticket handling or email exchanges. You can use them for small fixes, layout adjustments, plugin configuration, technical consultation, or tasks that require hands-on work inside WordPress or at the server level. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

WooCommerce and other transactional sites are more sensitive to updates. A plugin update that breaks checkout or payment processing can directly affect revenue. The Optimize plan includes controlled update deployment and staging testing when available, helping ensure updates are verified before reaching your live store.

Yes, for active plan clients. If malware is detected while your site is under an active care plan, we clean it as part of your plan with no additional charge. If a site arrives already compromised, we first assess the situation and handle cleanup through a one-time service before onboarding it to a suitable plan.

Response times apply during business hours. Sustain clients receive a response within 24 business hours. Optimize clients within 8 business hours. Partner clients within 2 business hours.

If your site experiences critical downtime where it becomes fully inaccessible, the issue is treated as priority regardless of plan level.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with seven days notice before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Annual plans are refunded on a pro-rated basis if cancelled before the year ends.

Most of our clients come with existing sites. We start with a short technical review to understand the setup and identify any issues that could affect stability or security. If anything needs attention first, we will inform you before the care plan begins.

Care plans do not include hosting. However, we can work with almost any hosting provider and are happy to support sites running on existing VPS, dedicated, or managed hosting environments.

If needed, we can also assist with hosting setup, server configuration, or ongoing server management as a separate service. For clients who prefer it, we can provide managed hosting recommendations or arrange hosting as part of a dedicated infrastructure setup.

The Partner plan can be configured for agency collaboration and extended support. It is suitable for teams that need ongoing development help, infrastructure oversight, and faster response times for multiple sites or complex environments. Pricing is scoped based on site count, technical complexity, and the level of support required.
